Payment & Payment Options

 Our fee structure for either a Comprehensive or Targeted Evaluation is determined based on the number of hours required to fully complete the evaluation. This includes test administration, interviewing, scoring, report writing, consulting with schools or other providers, feedback, and one optional follow up meeting. Our evaluations typically range from $1,650 to $2,100 and are determined on an individual basis. We are happy to provide you with a cost estimate once we have completed your free, 10-minute phone intake.  

  We charge a standard fee of $275 for the initial 75-minute consultation/intake for individual therapy, family therapy, business consultation, and other general consultations. 

After the initial consultation and intake, we charge a standard fee of $200 per hour for individual and family therapy sessions as well as ongoing consultation service appointments.

  We are not paneled with any insurance companies; however, we are happy to provide a bill for services that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement after your total amount due has been paid to Bloom-Mind LLC. 

Please note, insurance companies vary widely in the types of services they will cover, therefore, we encourage you to call your insurance provider to obtain information about coverage and reimbursement.

We accept most major credit and HSA/FSA cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 

We are also able to accept money orders, certified checks, and Zelle payments. 

We can work together to develop a payment plan on an individual basis if needed. Bloom-Mind is also a registered individual provider with CareCredit which allows family to pay for their services over time.
