By accessing this website or scheduling services with Bloom-Mind, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or services.

Bloom-Mind provides neurodevelopmental, psychological, and psycho-educational evaluations and therapy for individuals conducted by Dr. Yadira Torres, PsyD, HSPP. Our services include focused and comprehensive evaluations, intake sessions, testing, written reports, and feedback sessions. Services also include individual and group therapy.

All services are provided in accordance with applicable professional and ethical standards, including those set by the American Psychological Association and the Florida Board of Psychology.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment. We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice due to an emergency or illness, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

Payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We offer flexible payment plans and accept CareCredit financing. A deposit is required to secure your evaluation appointment.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, cash, and checks. All fees will be disclosed in your Good Faith Estimate prior to your evaluation.

Bloom-Mind provides neurodevelopmental evaluations, therapy, consultation, and written reports. Our services do not include intensive outpatient treatment or emergency services. Evaluation results, intervention, and recommendations should be discussed with your child's healthcare team and implemented in collaboration with appropriate professionals.

Our services are conducted for diagnostic, treatment planning, and treatment intervention purposes. They do not constitute medical diagnoses and should not replace consultation with a licensed physician or other medical professional.

All information shared with Bloom-Mind is treated as confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations and applicable state laws. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide services.
